I had an unpleasant experience with this webshop. I had an order which was planned to be delivered in a working day between 12:00-16:00 (so I took a day off from my work for this!!), but they didn't appear!!! No calls, no explainations!
So, I called them and they told me the delivery will be made in aprox. 30 min.. in the end, I gott a mail with the delivery replanned for the next day 17:00-19:00.. Next day, at 15:00 I got a call that the delivery will be made in max. 1 hour, at 16:00 (sooner that it was planned!). I couldn't be home at that time, so I canceled the order in the end..
I wouldn't recommend this shop (at least to those who doesn't have flexible working hours)..

zeer fijne webwinkel met een goede informatievoorziening. Tevens maakt elektrokoopjes gebruik van een goed distributiekanaal aangezien ik mijn product binnen 2 dagen al kon afhalen bij het filiaal. Kortom, een prima service

Elektrokoopjes houdt zich niet aan de Wet op de consumentenkoop. Klachtafhandeling zeer stroef verlopen. Pas onder druk van de aangesloten brancheorganisaties kwam Elektrokoopjes met oplossing.
